Build and Rotation 4.0.6
Build
Pure PvE (+Raiding) Frost build (6/2/33). Made for low mana usage, high crit and dps.
Rotation
- Frostbolt until Fingers of Frost and/or Brain Freeze procs
- If no procs are active check for availability on Icy Veins, Flame Orb
- When Fingers Of Frost is active
- Deep Freeze if available otherwise Ice Lance
- When Brain Freeze is Active
- Frostfire Bolt
