Pure PvE (+Raiding) Frost build (6/2/33). Made for low mana usage, high crit and dps.

Rotation

• Frostbolt until Fingers of Frost and/or Brain Freeze procs
  • If no procs are active check for availability on Icy Veins, Flame Orb
• When Fingers Of Frost is active
  • Deep Freeze if available otherwise Ice Lance
• When Brain Freeze is Active
  • Frostfire Bolt
